This highly polished large cup is of high quality and is in near perfect condition. In the form of a footed cup with twin handles, the broad bowl rises to a concave neck with an out-turned rim and a moulded lip which continues as a broad band curving into the interior. The inward-turned twin handles are attached both to the rim and the body of the basin where they rise from leaf-shaped motifs each of which have a medial ridge.
The cup has a separately attached pedestal foot with moulded profile. 21⅛ in. (53.5 cm) wide, 18⅝ in. (47.5 cm) diam., 11¼ in. (28.5 cm) high
